DJ Mehdi, nama lengkapnya Mehdi Faveris-Essadi, lahir 20 Januari 1977 di Asniรจres-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine dan meninggal 13 September 2011 di Paris[1][2][3]), merupakan seorang produser musik dan komponis musik hip hop dan musik elektronik Prancis. Ibundanya berasal dari Tunisia dan ayahandanya dari Prancis. Untuk memulai debutnya pada 1992 dia bergabung dengan Ideal J, sebuah grup yang dibentuk oleh Kery James, di mana dia bekerja sebagai komponis.[4]
