Golden Globe Award untuk Aktris Terbaik – Serial Televisi Musikal atau Komedi adalah Golden Globe Award dipersembahkan setiap tahun oleh Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA). Penghargaan ini diberikan untuk menghormati seorang aktris yang telah memberikan penampilan luar biasa dalam peran utama pada serial televisi musikal atau komedi selama satu tahun kalender.

Penghargaan ini pertama kali diberikan pada Penghargaan Golden Globe ke-19 pada tanggal 5 Maret 1962, dengan judul Bintang TV Terbaik – Wanita, yang mengelompokkan semua genre serial televisi, untuk Pauline Fredericks. Nominasi untuk penghargaan ini diumumkan setiap tahunnya mulai tahun 1963. Penghargaan ini awalnya diberikan kepada aktris dalam genre komedi dan drama hingga tahun 1969, ketika penghargaan tersebut dibagi menjadi beberapa kategori yang memberikan penghargaan terpisah untuk penampilan komedi dan drama. Penghargaan ini dipersembahkan dengan judul baru Aktris TV Terbaik – Musikal atau Komedi dan pada tahun 1980 dengan judul yang sekarang.

Sejak awal, penghargaan ini telah diberikan kepada 43 aktris. Jean Smart adalah penerima penghargaan saat ini untuk perannya sebagai Deborah Vance di Hacks. Carol Burnett telah memenangkan penghargaan terbanyak dalam kategori ini dengan lima kemenangan dan menerima nominasi terbanyak yaitu 12.
