Siboglinidae adalah sebuah famili cacing annelida polychaeta yang anggotanya membentu filum usang Pogonophora dan Vestimentifera (Cacing tabung raksasa).^[1][2] Famili ini terdiri dari sekitar 100 spesies hewan vermiform yang hidup di tabung-tabung tipis yang tergali di sedimen (pada Pogonophora) atau tabung yang terjangkar ke substrata keras (Vestimentifera) pada kedalaman laut yang berkisar antara 100 hingga 10.000 m (300 hingga 32.800 ft). Mereka juga dapat ditemukan didekat ventilasi hidrotermal, rembesan metana, materi tumbuhan tenggelam, dan bangkai paus.

Spesimen pertama diambil di perairan Indonesia pada 1900. Spesimen-spesimen tersebut diberi ke zoolog Perancis Maurice Caullery, yang mempelajarinya selama hampir 50 tahun.
