Pornografi gay adalah representasi hubungan seksual antara laki-laki dengan tujuan utama gairah seksual bagi penontonnya. Ada juga tradisi dan hasil yang cukup banyak dari pornografi lesbian.
Meskipun pornografi pada budaya yang dominan menampilkan budaya heteroseksual akan tetapi materi gay memiliki sejarah yang panjang dari masa Yunani kuno, jika bukan pada zaman prasejarah.
