Chรกn (Hanzi sederhana: ็ฆ…; Hanzi tradisional: ็ฆช, abbr. chรกnnร  (็ฆช้‚ฃ), dari Sanskrit dhyฤna,[1] yang artinya "meditasi" atau "negara meditatif"[2]) adalah aliran Buddha Mahฤyฤna yang berkembang di Tiongkok dari abad ke-6 Masehi, yang menjadi dominan pada masa Dinasti Tang dan Dinasti Song.

Dari Tiongkok, Chรกn menyebar ke Vietnam dan Korea (di mana disitu dikenal sebagai Seon) dan, pada abad ke-13, menyebar ke Jepang, di mana disitu menjadi dikenal sebagai Zen.
